I think that in the situation as you described, it is NORMAL to feel the fear and anxiety of dying. I would not be able to think in the way that you suggest and just let it go…just sayin.

For hypochondriac is essential to recieve reassurance even if it’s not true. We need to know that everything is ok if we don’t want to have a heart attack!

  12. menderfire9 Says:

    kimmarie801 I hear …
kimmarie801 I hear your benevolent feelings toward people, but this isn’t such a simple issue. Personally I don’t think that when someone isn’t asking for a cent it automatically means his advise is worth listening to. Lot’s of free advice out there is just idle chat or sometimes darn screwy. This man is not screwy or idle chat, but he is marketing something for money; these free videos R his promos. Free help 2 desperate people, hunting 4 some paying clients when the free videos fail 2 help.

  13. menderfire9 Says:

    It’s really …
It’s really stretching it to say that “Everything that happens is okay.” It is a ticket 2 apathy/indifference; letting the neighbor point a gun at you or any other. Things are so NOT OKKY in our homes & communities. It is not okay 4 people 2 sit their kids in front of TV & watch whatever is on. It is not okay 4 us to fail 2 find ways 2 help the poor children & old people & all the peeps in between suffer rape, malnourishment, unclean air, polluted water, no housing while others squander so much.

  14. kimmarie801 Says:

    wombledan, it’s …
wombledan, it’s good that you found Xanax, but look at this guy- he is helping people for free. He isn’t asking for a cent, just helping people and when someone does that, I think the advise is worth listening to. I’m sorry you’ve been through so much tho’

    Thankyou for making …
Thankyou for making this video. It carries much useful information.. I agree with you absoultely about the need for us to develop appropriate courage in any given situation. E.G.If you are religious and worried about God`s judgement then you MUST content yourself with knowing that you are doing your best and will accept whatever God decides. There is no gain to worry and stress over it. But on panic attacks I would add that an important factor is that we be sure to get enough good quality sleep.

  17. wombledan Says:

    I understand where …
I understand where you’re coming from but I’ve spent so much money on trying to get rid of my anxiety, I’m not falling for another one. I’ve had about 7 different therapists/psychiatrists/counsellors, group therapy, hypnotherapy, antidepressant medications, cognitive behavioral therapy, disassociation therapy… the list goes on but I could own my own home by now if I hadn’t wasted all that money. Best for me has been Xanax. I can do pretty much anything - but I don’t remember any of it sadly!

  18. silentjealousy77 Says:

    yea but I don’t …
yea but I don’t truly think whatever happens it is ok. I have tried to brainwash myself into believing that. But unfortunately people can be mean and have no compassion, I may not care what they think, but it hurts anyway. Sometimes I think I would be fine if people in general were nicer. But I understand what you are saying.
