What is the best way to cure or control anxiety symthoms?
When I have this symthoms, I have to breath deeply and constantly. I feel uncomfortable and would like to control this problem.
I have this problem myself. First of all, hopefully you are not at work, which is where it happened to me on several occations. Get yourself somewhere quite and dark, preferrable in your own bed. Lie down, close eyes, relax, and talk to yourself- it’s alright- nothing is wrong- I can get through this… stuff like that. Remember, nothing is more important than your own health. You basically talk yourself out of the attack. It can be done, the first time will take some time. Just remember, there is nothing to worry about, it will pass. Stress was the cause of my attacks. It was from my job. I have since changed jobs and not had another attack. If you can do meditation, that will be even better. You just have to calm yourself. If you hyperventalate like I did, the worse that can happen is that you will eventually pass out from it. YOU WON’T DIE!
