Does Rescue Remedy really work for Anxiety?

Does Rescue Remedy really work for Anxiety? I am going through a family crisis and need something non-prescription for my Anxiety.

Well, I have PTSD with related Anxiety Disorder and I’ve used Rescue Remedy.

It’s not going to help with something "major" and it’s not a cure for issues that need to be talked over with a psychologist/ psychiatrist and possibly medicated but for general stressful situations like exams, holidays, and new operating systems at work, I think it can help.

I have some in my courier bag right now but I find yoga and meditation do much more for me.
Feel better soon!

Try Sam-e. It is over the counter and is a pharmaceutical grade equilivent for something that is already naturally occuring in your body.

If you are manic or Bi Polar DO NOT USE IT!

Either that of something that is more of an herbal nature. Taking extra vitamin supplements like B vitamins and K will also give you calm energy. Take a womans pack…

When the body is under stress, it consumes more than usual so this could just be a vitamin deffency.

The Bach Flower essences are okay but they are a bit hokey. Give your body something it needs anyway as opposed to some alchohol based floral tincture that may or may not work.

I always carry carry Rescue Remedy in my purse.
    Always.
It has kept me functional during stress or a crisis for the last 30 years.
They don’t sell it by the gallon so I use a drop as soon as I feel overloaded.
