natural medication or remedy for anxiety depression uneven mood disorder?
hi! i have tried 3 medications.. that is my limit. i am currently in the process of tapering down to get completely off of lamictal (lamotrigine-the generic), before that was Buspar and Lexapro. nothign helped and they has bad side effects. what natural medications can i try? thanks
Talk to your doctor first! Even though the ‘new meds’ may be natural they can have unfavorable side effects. You may want to give the Doctor another shot; do some research on Zanax or even Valium and I say that because if you have anxiety disorder perhaps you only need something that has a longer -life and shorter therapeutic effect span… most drugs require 10-14 days in order to get the therapeutic effects in your system. Have your doctor test your serotonin levels- this will determine pathological levels of your condition. Be careful with OTC drugs and like prescriptions there is a therapeutic range for these drugs as well. But first and foremost talk to your doctor before you change your medications and start new ones! Good luck!

St. John’s Wart. Loads of my friends tried it, and it really helped them. It sold on the pharmacy (drug store) shelves. One brand name is Jamieson. I know it sounds like a stupid name, but maybe you could look it up on the internet. I’m not joking, that’s the name.

You may want to try a technique instead of taking a supplement. That way you will not have to add anything else to your body. I used the Panic Away system. A lot of people have had a lot of success with it. If you want to read more about my story you can have a look at my blog. Good luck!
