sheesh, i do know the answer to this one ……. sometimes i’m too lazy and anxiety and stress near fries my brains mate ….. most times though i know how to deal with it and i’m on top of it …… the way to beat it is to feed your body the food it really does need to nourish and feed it …… eat more foods rich in calcium and magnesium such as fresh fish …. not the tinned variety …… fish is surely brilliant for healthy neural and heart functioning and for bolstering your immunity levels and beating stress and anxiety ……. leafy and green vegies too ….. cheaper too ….. i just love the green vegies mate …. way easier to digset too …… leafy and green vegies ….. broccolli, kale, chard, buk choy, collard greens, celery ………… rich in both calcium and magnesium…………. fabulous for brain frizz, constipation, irritability and stress and anxiety .
