I hope your university library has some public health journals published in India. They may be in the public health school library or the medical school library and not in the general library. If your university has none, discuss your needs with your university librarian, who I hope can arrange an inter-library loan.

    Try e-coli or a virus (H1N1) in low income countries. Usually the universities library should have an on-line resource or is connected to other universities in your location or internationally. Gov data bases should give you something as well like the main disease rate and what are the causes…etc.
