    Ya since my comment 7months ago ive quite smoking and have been throuhg diffrent meds. I tried prazac and attempted suicide on it and was hospitalized for a week and when i got out i was on zoloft and i hated it, now im on nothing but trazadone for sleeping and im learning how to deal with my OCD, Panic disorder,clinical depression and paranoia on my own! good luck to you

    I wish I was afraid of getting high… weed used to help with OCD but now Im terrified of it :(

    Read Explaining colours to a blind man. Not only will it enlighten many as to what living with a mental illness is like, it also gives comfort to those sufferers who think there is no hope and that they are alone. It is very informative, sometimes shocking but also very funny in parts. All in all, a good read and highly recommended.

    i have anxiety disorder and it’s really hard for me. i’ve tried almost every pill available in the market but nothing worked, it’s only Vilift who gave me what i need.

    he’s right. there is a difference between fear which is present-oriented, and worry/anxiety which is future-oriented. so if u r walking down a dark street and see someone coming at u, u feel fear because there is a genuine threat. If u don’t see anything and u think that someone might be there, that is anxiety because there is no immediate threat. Most people think about what could happen and that is anxiety which leads to panic attacks.
