How to overcome social anxiety?? depression?? Panic attacks?? Inability to relax?

I used to smoke marijuana and it helped at first but like anything type of drug it only helps for a while. I am trying to get over this without drugs or even medication, i had bad anxiety throughout high school and about two years after i graduated i was really at my peak of happiness, nothing bothered me i wasn’t anxious at all my life seemed perfect. But once i go through the cycle of life and something traumatic happens like it did i don’t want to end up here again.

    You should talk to a professional. They can determine how severe it is. If it is so bad that it interferes with your daily life, then you might need medication.

    But for social anxiety, just realize that not everyone is judging you. Just be yourself, don’t "act" nervous and they won’t know you are.

    Alright, this is gonna sound harsh, but don’t take it the wrong way: EVERYONE has bad things happen in their lives; it is how you deal with those things that either makes you or breaks you. Realize that you aren’t the only one going through a bad point and tell yourself that it WILL get better! Trust me, it will. :]

    See a psychologist and/or a hypnotherapist. Both have helped me. The psychologist with the depression and the hypnotherapist with the panic attacks and to be able to relax. I also meditate.

    Have some SIMPLE tests to rule out diseases like high blood pressure, infections, etc.

    Then some physical exercise helps in a great way to relieve stress.
    You may vary the exercise so that the body and mind don’t get used to it.
    For example, rope jumping is an extenuating exercise during the first sessions, then it becomes too easy and boring.

    Don’t overtrain, tough.
